The
Insight Meditation Retreat
Gina Sharpe, co-founder of New York City Insight and visiting teacher at Insight Meditation Society and Spirit Rock, will lead a weekend non-residential Insight Meditation retreat. The weekend of meditation, inquiry and conferences with teachers will investigate the awakening of the heart of wisdom and compassion and its manifestation in participants’ lives, relationships and in service,
learning to express truth by how they are in the world. The retreat is taught by Gina Sharpe and assisted by John Fowler.

Details:
The non-residential retreat will begin 7-9 p.m. April 3, continue 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 4, and 8 a.m. to noon April 5 with potluck following. Location to be announced.
Cost:
Sliding scale, from $55 to $100 (All payments over $55 are tax-deductible donations to Show Me Dharma. Scholarships are also available.)
